Meet Michelle D. Ford, MPH

Michelle is a public health professional with a Master’s in Public Health and a lived understanding of what it means to rebuild yourself through life’s transitions. A mom, partner, and friend, she has navigated single motherhood, divorce, empty nesting, job loss, autoimmune illness, and peri-menopause—experiences that reshaped how she understands wellness, identity, and capacity.

Blending science with real-life wisdom, Michelle focuses on sustainable, whole-life wellness that honors where you are now—not where you think you “should” be. She created Navigating YOUR World to help people move away from quick fixes and toward intentional, meaningful change that actually lasts.

In this webinar, Michelle brings clarity, compassion, and practical insight to anyone who’s been doing everything “right” and still feels depleted.
